New Expungment Laws April 11, 2021

One of the new or expanded expungement laws that Governor Whitmer signed in October of 2020 goes into April 11, 2021. This law essentially allows a person with 2 Felonies (and in some cases 3) to set aside both of the felonies if that person otherwise meets certain criteria. Call us to to discuss at 248-822-9200
